CVC CODE NEEDED

The new statements look great but it is missing a spot for the CVC three digit code and we will end up having to call the patient for that. I have mentioned this NUMEROUS TIMES

    Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback! Unfortunately, we cannot add the code to the statement because it would not be in line with PCI compliance guidelines. Thanks again for the feedback on the new statements.
