ERA has an option to download the 835 file, but it is broken. It gives a text file. Sometimes the 835 is need to see the items not listed in the remit, like the remit summary. Some insurance sneak in a random case into the remit summary that is not included in the basic remit. So it is necessary to download the 835 and pull it up in EZPrint for the full break down. Currently the systems capability to download 835 is broken and not usable.
