The next time you make changes to the patient's Balance Statement, PLEASE make a field for them to enter the 3-digit security code. We use the Square, and it requires it. We're constantly having to call them for that before we can run their payment when they mail it. Sometimes they respond in a timely manner and sometimes they don't - holding up the payment.
