When posting and eft electronically, the 'reason codes' do not post. So, if we have to file a secondary that was not automatically forwarded by the primary, we have to unpost the payment and manually post with the reason codes or the secondary claim is rejected. Why aren't the reason codes posted to the claim automatically like the payments Are?
