WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Humans screw up sometimes. Sometimes more than once. Today, we had an instance of a therapist writing a note while distracted, and after finalizing, realized that it was written under the wrong client. If the parent accesses that note, we now have a serious HIPAA violation. We need to be able to delete finalized notes when things like this happen. HELP!!
