Sometimes, patients give incorrect information and insurances need to be set to resubmit. Sometimes, they have a secondary, for example, school insurance that they don't give until they receive a bill at the end of their treatment. It is way too tedious to go into each date of service and reset it to bill. Other programs do have this option.
