1. It would be helpful to show payment details older than 30 days. Our clients want to see all their 2020 payments for statements sent to them.
2. Please take out "This invoice covers the period ........."
Insurance companies don't always process claims chronologically and this confuses patients when there is a date of service out of order and they think it was already included in a statement sent out. Save some phone calls and explaining.
3.Let us users be able to delete/edit content on statement. Our clients don't need their medical record #, the "All fees payable to" that TBill auto adds on invoice has our insurance contract name not DBA and we would like to be able to write what we want to our patients.
These seem like easy enough options to let us providers include or edit. Please consider them soon. Thanks
