Why did you program the insurance box in Therabill so that it can't be edited? We use to be able to change the insurance field if it needed it, but now we have to delete it and re-enter the card. Seems like a long way around to fixing something.

    Agreed! and very annoying to boot, although it isn't with every patient for us, just randomly pops up and we can't edit the insurance company. We can still change the ID number but we can't change from Aetna to BCBS, etc.
