The new aging charges is not very helpful for clients with either option (DOS or Date of First Invoice). Often it takes quite a long time for charges to finalize from the DOS or the date we send the claim to the insurance. The Aging Charges may show a patient in the 30-59 or 60-89 category, even though they are receiving a statement showing patient responsibility for the very first time.
