WHEN INPUTTING NEW PATIENT INFO FIELDS SHOULD BE IN ORDER SO THAT WE CAN TAB TO NEXT FIELD.

Fields in new patient form are not in the order in which info is filled in on screen making it necessary to keep taking hands off of keyboard to get to the next field.
