Customized reminders

Is there any way for you to allow us to customize our reminder message (even just allowing us one customized message with limited characters if necessary) so it can include information about the telehealth appointment and the link? It's aggravating to have to manually send reminders knowing clients are getting them automatically from the EHR. Thanks!

    I would like a way to customize the messages for reminders, by removing everything after the red and adding addres, phone and no show amount.
