WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Given the pandemic and that many providers are still utilizing telehealth, it would be helpful if there was a way to upload personalized forms and have them sent to patients for them to electronically sign and upload into their chart. This is a feature that Therapy Notes utilizes and I do not want to have to switch just to have access to this.
