When you changed from Office Ally to Availity, there are now numerous duplicate insurance companies in our data base to choose from. Unfortunately, I do not have one person entering patient information and there are many errors in choosing which Medicare or Medicaid or BCBS to choose and the choice is frequently incorrect causing extra time for the biller to file the claims. The ability to delete or at least inactivate insurance companies would help alleviate this issue.
