We are receiving a payment via EFT, however its comming in as a check payment. Therabill told me to contact Ins Carrier. I have contacted the carrier many times regarding this issue; they state on their end its showing EFT payment, so nothing has changed. Every month we have to manually change it to eft consuming extra time since we have to do each transaction. We should be able to change the payment type; just like we can change deposit date in 1 stroke.
