Under 'entering payments' explain fully the meaning of terms like "adjudication" (define it), "adjustment" (how do you calculate the adjustment & why would you want to keep track of it?) and "remark code" (explain it AND say where to access all the remark codes & what they stand for)).

An admin assistant needs this most basic info in a very clear way.
