WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Since Early Intervention has required the use of Telehealth authorizations and we have to mail claims with that auth number on cliams, I am finding that having to "delete" primary insurance auths or counter mode just to get the EI auth in the box is time consuming and not user friendly. Can you create something in the program so it recognized the insurance company paired with the authorization? It would make having to send claims to secondary insurance so much easier. Thank you
