Client payment

Many clinics like us are taking payments at the time of the session but then having to pay admin time to assign the payments after we bill insurance electronically. it would be nice to save a lot of time and money by taking payment and applying it to the day of service without it going on a 1500 claim form but then somehow therabill would automatically applying it to the DOS after that it was originally assigned for.
