Every 3 months or so, the insurance company will ask for supporting documentation to recertify Speech or OT services. When I have to send supporting documentation, I am forces to send, in some cases, an entire year's worth of notes that contains both OT and ST notes. This is becoming troublesome for my largest provider which may eventually mean I need to change to a new provider. There should be a way I can print notes for Speech only from one date to another and not 100% of notes for the history of that client.
