Jopari claims do not prompt that we have to select a file type to be attached in Jopari

When we submit claims thru. Jopari, the system does not stop from submitting claims if no file type is selected and claims get rejected as we have not attched medical records in Jopari system. I had many such rejections and when I called Therabill they told me that I did not select file type. If this is mandatory for Jopari claims, system should not allow me to submit claims or at least wan me. Please take this up on high priority as this will save practice rework.
