There needs to be a feature to set a follow up reminder on an account or claim that can be set for a later time and left as incomplete until it is marked done. The alarm feature does not stay available if the due date passes. Sometimes the follow up is not done on the due date but still needs to be addressed.
I currently click on patient when in ERA and set an alarm to remind me to follow up on any issues I might need to do which then reminds me to do it at a later time. I will continue to do this until a decision is made to implement this idea in the future.
