Many of our patients find their statement email that we run through the batch process in their spam, if they find it at all. When they do see the email, most think it is spam because the subject of the email and the body of the email look very sketchy and like most of the phishing and spam emails going around these days. Especially since even though they will get our normal emails from the exact same office email address and gmail still prompts them with a warning saying they couldn't verify the therabill email was sent through out account.
Is there anyway we can change or customize the subject so that it at least says what we are sending them?
Suggestions:
Your most recent statement from [insert company name] is ready!
Statement file from [insert company name] is inside.
This is actually a huge problem for us and we now have to also send out paper copies to a lot of patients because they are not opening these emails.
