Delete Billing/Service Codes - make it actually work!

You have a place to delete billing/service/procedure codes in the Defaults area, but IT DOES NOT WORK. I delete them, and then they come back. It has been 6 YEARS OF THIS. Please get it fixed!!!!! And stop allowing therapists to just type anything they want into that field!!!!
