WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We are doing transgender voice therapy and I would like the ability to have more politically correct gender options in a chart. I have a large staff and would hate to have my assistant who manages 200+ charts, but doesn't do direct treatment and doesn't know the clients refer to someone by the wrong gender bc of what is in the chart. I have to have legal names in the chart admittedly, but a line at the top near the name for nick names or preferred names would also be greatly appreciated.
