We had a couple of patients that are being treated for 2 different cases with 2 different insurances. Every time we see the patient for either case we have to manually go in and change all of the claim information to show the correct claim information on the HCFA. There should be a way that we can set the correct claim information under the Diagnosis Case area in the billing information tab. This way claims would not get sent to the wrong insurance by accident because they have 2 active insurances and you can't tell when you electronically batch bill. So basically being able to set the advanced and billing info tabs in the patients chart under a specific case for the patient.
