Add DOB next to patient name when to searching in the Client Billing Statement fields

We have multiple patients with the same name its hard to know which one to choose when we can't see their DOB. Adding the DOB next to patient name when to searching for a patient in the Client Billing Statement fields would eliminate populating the wrong person and having to go back.
