can we have the A/R be custom for our own needs, example I need date of service, amount, date of birth, insurance ID#. be able to organize in alphabetical order.

This will help when calling insurance you have all information in front of you instead of going back and forth. Also to be able to click on that dos to document. The Aging process seems very difficult, just trying to be efficient.
