WebPT Ideas and Discovery

The Key Indicators Report is a great report but it needs a date option of "Entered Date" to make this report even better. The "Posted Date" and "Service Date" is currently all we can run for this report, but it will be very helpful to run by "ENTERED DATE". Please add this in the drop down choice. Thank you.
