WebPT Ideas and Discovery

When working in templates to customize it be be nice if there were more options for check boxes and drop downs other then just triggering an explanation. Example, I would like to be able to have a header and then a yes and no check box. if the yes box is checked then another set of check boxes will appear or a drop down; right now we can only add an text box to then type in the response.
