Insurances should be deleted from | WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Insurances should be deleted from Therabill if updated on WEB Pt

When insurances are deleted from Web Pt they should also be deleted from Therabill. This will be useful so that two primary insurances don't showup on Therabill if the insurance is changed.
