Please create a process to view a PDF of patient statement so that each and every statement doesn't have to be downloaded to the computer. Having all these files on a desktop computer is not compliant and is a waste of time to go back and delete them. In WebPT we can view a document as a pdf and print it from that screen without download. This is very time consuming as we have 6 therapists and the vast majority of our patients have deductibles and coinsurances so statements need to be sent via mail. It takes far too much employee time to go through this process of download and print then delete. Please streamline this for better workflow.

The functionality exists where you can run batch statements and email them vs having to download, print, and then mail them.
