Sort by CASE or DX option?? Client Ledger Statement or Custom Report sorted by CASE or DX

Quite often a patient will have MULTIPLE cases. We want to be able to create a ledger or a custom report sorted by CASE or DX. This helps keep a payment record for each case separate. This seems like a pretty easy request. Right :)?
