WebPT and Therabill should flow better, from the payment posting to the diagnosis codes.

I feel like the flow between the 2 systems is off. If someone post a payment for a client on the day of the visit, it should automatically show up the reason for the payment in therabill, instead of going into the "bucket".

Yes patient's want to know the payment they made on the date of service seen, should be applied to that date of service,not some random one. Please Please see if you can update this. This would just be good billing practice!!!
