When the patient is not the guarantor on their account, it would be extremely useful to have the patient's name on the top of the balance statement to identify who the payment is for. In our clinic, we have numerous patients whose parents are the guarantors, and their parents are also patients here. Without the patient's name on the statement stub, it's very difficult to identify which account the payment should be applied to. Adding a simple line (such as Re: [Patient's name] or something) would simplify matters!
