Subject line change of emailed statements

We have many patients who are not wanting to click on the email received with our statement because of the subject line saying "file delivered". It looks like spam and no one wants to click on the link thinking some type of file might be downloaded. We get calls from many patients asking if the email was from us and even after telling them it's safe, they are still skeptical to open it or if opened they do not want to click the link.
I would suggest replacing "File Delivered" with something like "Invoice From:" or "Your Statement From:"
Also in the body of the email in the middle paragrah that starts with "You can access the file using....." we are seeing symbols next to the word "you" at the end of the sentence. When patients are reading the email and see you’ll that type of thing in the middle of an email is often an indicator that the email you are reading is not legit, making patients even more afraid to click on anything. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.
