Stop sending clients emails to figure things out on their own. Work through a problem with them.

I am worried that batch payments are causing me an issue. I work through worksheets that get sent to me, but I often continue experiencing problems. I do not know if the people that help are unable to help due to certain reasons, but it's really frustrating when it doesn't seem like they know what to do and just send you a sheet to go through to hopefully help with your problem.
