Since the statements are being created for the patients, it would be helpful if there was an option to establish a "late fee" for patient accounts that are not paid within the specified timeframe (with an alert to those who are delinquent). It's very difficult to track timely patient statement payments in this system or easily apply late fees to those who need them. As of now, I have to go to each account individually, add a session with a late fee etc. and research if a timely payment was made.
