I am your key demographic (a PT now doing every part of private practice alone) Nothing I do as a PT or here in TheraBill has ANY value without proper credentialing. Every minute (hundreds of hours) and every dollar (10s of $1000s) that I have lost this year have been because of credentialing issues. I did Medicare and BCBS and naively thought the rest just fell in line. I do not know enough to know what I don't know. I can't even ask a proper question because of my lack of knowledge. Had I had all credentials for many entities before I sent my first bill, my mental health would not have suffered as it did this year.

I have learned a great deal this year from your patient staff and feel very hopeful for 2022.
