There is no way in Therabill to track a refund. It needs to appear on the patient's account as a debit entry. Basic bookkeeping. Otherwise, when someone needs to see the activity on the account, it isn't reflected. The only place to record the refund is in 'simple notes'. That is crazy. It needs to reflect on the patient's account just like the payments and adjustments.
