When making entries in the Payment Entry screens, if you click on the client information icon, when you return all information that was previously enter gets deleted. I had to re-enter a large entry in COB Entry because of this. Please fix this glitch. Thank you!

When we are on the client payment screen (clickable dollar sign via the dashboard) - can the Description Field be added there so we can add notes. Currently we have to enter the payment, post it, then go to search payments - edit the payment and add the notes there.
