Please add the member ID # WITH the Insurance Name wherever it lists possible billing options like in the ins history tab in Bill Insurance page and under "Mark as already billed to". When a patient has had multiple policies under the same insurance company over the span of treatment (common in pediatrics), it's essential to know WHICH POLICY it's referring to, not just the ins company name. Currently, we have to guess based on order of listing. I was told by rep Valerie on 7/30/2021 that she'd discuss this with her supervisor and call me back but still waiting today 2/9/2022.
