Right now the schedule comes into Therabill from WebPT, but the times aren't correct and it isn't functional when they all come over in the same time slot. For example: Yesterday we had 8 patients throughout the day in WebPT, but they are all listed in Therabill for the 10am time slot. It would be nice to have the ability to print that schedule in a format that shows time, therapist, and amount due to have as reference for anyone passing by the front desk and for reporting purposes with collections.

Items only show up on the Therabill schedule once the note has been finalized in the WebPT EMR. The schedule is meant to be used by our legacy Members that use Therabill for their EMR as well. In the WebPT EMR, their schedule is not currently integrated to the SOAP notes, so we would be unable to accomplish the Therabill integration unless the WebPT EMR did additional development work as well.
