Whatever change was made to the formatting of the billing statement is a nightmare. You have to guess at where to fold it to fit the address in the left window envelope, our logo hangs down into the address window, and if I take it out, it's a tiny strip that I'm trying to fold to ge the pt address to show. It's a mess.
