Allow the new write-off options to be pulled into custom reports.

As a biller, I would like to be able to run custom payment reports that include the newly added write-off feature.

Previously, there was a non-functioning write-off option that was removed. Currently, only charges, payments, and adjustments can be listed on the reports.

Acceptance Criteria:

-Custom Payment report option has the following Available Columns added:

• Write-off Amount

• Write-off Reason

-These columns will pull data from the new write-off feature rather than the old write-off option
