Option to delete session from billing screen

It would be efficient to have the option to delete a session from the billing page. There are many reasons to combine sessions, which requires the unbilled session to be deleted. It currently takes quite a bit of extra time to search the patient schedule and delete the unbilled session, then return to the billing screen and continue where you left off.
