Do not delete unconfirmed or cancelled appointments when inactivating.

It would be a good idea to keep all appointments that have been unconfirmed or cancelled after a client is inactivated so that we can keep up with their history of consistency as a client. In our practice, if the client has been inconsistent and missed a lot of appointments, we refer them elsewhere. At this time, when a client is inactivated, all past cancelled appointments disappear. Additionally, we run reports for current clients for payroll and it keeps the report accurate if we inactivate clients who haven't been to our office in months.
