I am working on AR Claims, where I have to enter the Note in each claim in each date of service. And I have to do this multiple times means I have to entered multiple notes in single date of service while doing follow up on claims. And I also want to remains the previous notes and also add new one. So one can be able to view the Follow up track on claims. And this Soft has lack of this Options. The soft option of Simple note and quick note do not serve the requirements for clients who working on claims follow up.

So its requested to your team to add this claim note feature on priority basis where we can enter the note on specific date of service.
