Due to modern day cyber theft. Added security is of utmost importance, especially in HealthCare. There is so much patient medical & financial information recorded and saved within your website, that to apply 2 step verification as an option to all your customer accounts shouldn't be taken lightly. With usernames & passwords. we can't always control where and what device a user can sign into their accounts which can put client information at high risk. I would hope you will consider this option as this is something my company would benefit and feel more at ease.

Thank you for your idea. We take security very seriously and have many safeguards to keep your information safe. This idea has been discussed internally for some time now. In the meantime, we do offer IP restrictions in Therabill that can assist you with keeping data more secure.
