right now i print a piece of paper with a patient's balance due, put it in an envelope, with a stamp, take it to the mailbox and hope that it gets there so that then they do the same thing with my payment, just in reverse.
i would like to email the balance due with a link to pay without having to go through all the other steps

Currently, if your Therabill account has also been set up with one of our payment vendors, you can activate the Client Portal. This allows your patients to see their statements and make payments online.
