When editing an insurance card in webpt, for instance a typo on the subscriber id, this edited card should flow over "corrected" into therabill. Instead, the edit goes into therabill as an additional insurance card. I then have to go into Therabill and archive or delete the old insurance card. This causes a customer additional time and chance of error that should not be required. In addition, I do not think it is a good idea, as suggested, to add a work flow into my business that says when someone corrects an insurance card, make sure you go into therabill and delete/archive your mistake. it seems to me to be a design error or an integration error.
