Show the Medicare threshold in Therabill under Billing, insurance invoicing, create invoice for MC patients

  1. It would save time to display the current MC threshold amount when sending out MC claims in TB.

  2. Anyone needing to know the current MC threshold when billing out MC claims.

  3. It would display the MC threshold in TB under billing, insurance invoicing, create invoice for any patient that has an insurance set to MC in WebPT. This will not take away from anyone who doesn't use this feature but will help everyone who does use the feature.
